One of our main goals is to "make a difference" in the community and communication is very important to us! Our primary purpose is to assist in administering and coordinating the affairs of the Association, and the following is a summary of some of the services we'll be providing:

  • Contact for concerns relative to the business of the Association/common areas.
  • Record homeowner assessments, including collections actions provide status updates.
  • Oversee common-area maintenance and repairs, landscaping and pool services.
  • Administer Community inspections for compliance with covenants and rules.
  • Maintain finances and associated records and more…
  • Communicate items of interest to community via Board newsletter, etc.
  • Coordinate and attend Board and Annual Meetings.

A common goal we all share is for all communities to be aesthetically pleasing and that you, as a homeowner, will be able to maintain property values while taking pride in the neighborhood. All common interest communities have covenants and architectural standards, and every homeowner is required to adhere to the stipulations and guidelines contained in the Association's governing documents. Therefore, please familiarize yourself, as well as family members, roommates, and tenants, with these documents, and if you do not have a copy, please call us so that we can get you copies.

Payment Options for all communities except Pebble Creek:
 
  1. Auto-draft/Direct-Payments (ACH)- Please print and complete ACH form under Helpful Information. A voided check must be attached. If you are currently enrolled in auto-draft, you will also need to fill out this form again.

  2. One-time (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments- Pay your HOA bill on-line from your checking or savings account - it's free!! Click "Pay HOA Dues Here" above to pay on-line today!

  3. Checks or money-orders: Please mail to the address on your coupon booklet:

    Make sure your address number is on your check.

Please do not mail any payments to Colorado Property Management Services as this will only cause delay in the posting of your payments. Payments sent to Colorado Property Management Services will be assessed a $15.00 processing fee.

Please feel free to call the office at 303-952-9257 during normal business hours Monday through Friday. If we are unavailable, please leave a message, and we will return your call. Should you have an emergency, after normal business hours, please call 720-437-9696 to reach the on-call property manager. We place great emphasis on communication, so you can expect us to be open and willing to work with you!

ACC Requests:
Each homeowner must receive written approval prior to making any changes, additions or deletions to the exterior of their home or lot, including, but not limited to, air-conditioners, fences, storage units, landscaping, decks, patios, awnings, structural changes, antennas/satellites, windows, doors, and lighting, etc. Homeowners should send via USPS, fax or email all Architectural Request Forms, effective immediately to Colorado Property Management Services, Inc., at the address above. Please call our office for an Architectural Request Form for your community.

Please complete and return: The Homeowners Emergency Contact Form sent in your welcome package or contact our office for a form. This information is for the sole purpose of reaching the proper person(s) in case of any emergency and will not be shared with anyone outside your Association and Colorado Property Management Services.
